Ashley

Managing Director – 2000 – 2011 Passionate about solar and water solutions, enjoys sports including AFL, Tennis & Cricket. He recently built a house with a 2.6kw Grid Connect System, Apricus 30Tube 315ltr Solar hot water system, 30,000ltrs of water tank storage, Grundfos variable speed pressure pump, energy efficient lighting and wood heater.
Ashley spent 20 years in Darwin progressing his career, from Apprentice Electrical Fitter Mechanic to Sales Manager for the BP Solar Outlet. During this time He gained valuable hands on experience in repairs, design and sales of Solar, Electrical and Pumping equipment (even still gets out in the workshop and gets his hands dirty sometimes!)

Brendan

Sales, Service, Marketing – 2005 – 2011 Ashley’s Son, Interests include Solar energy and efficiency, custom cars especially “minitrucks”, sports, friends & family, Been involved in NCPW full time since graduating from High School in 2005, Brendan started sweeping floors and cleaning, now boasts a wealth of knowledge on the full product range supplied. He also coordinates the businesses Marketing efforts and has recently completed the certificate 3 & 4 Retail Operations courses as part of his ongoing training.
Brendan recently purchased his first home, and installed a 2kw Grid connect system to reduce his ongoing power costs. He has also replaced the halogen lighting with energy efficient lighting & fixtures and plans to replace his heat pump hot water system with an Apricus solar hot water to help reduce power usage even more.


Brett

Sales, Ordering & Service – 2007 – 2011 Brett has been with NCPW since 2007 – Interests include: Family, cars, bikes and energy efficiency. He came from a plumbing supply background so already had a wealth of knowledge in the water industry. Since starting, Brett has attended numerous supplier training courses and improved his knowledge and skills with pumping & irrigation products. He also has practical knowledge on Water tanks, irrigation, solar and mechanical engines. As part of his ongoing commitment to energy efficiency Brett has installed in his family home an Apricus solar hot water system, 2kw Grid Connect system, Water tanks and energy efficient lighting.


Colleen

Sales, Ordering, Stock Control – 2007 – 2011 Colleen also began working with NCPW in 2007, She is very passionate about not only solar etc. but the environment in general. As well as working hard at NCPW, she’s also been studying environmental science. Colleen has been an asset to the company and is Head in charge of Apricus Solar Hot Water ordering and despatch. Colleen came from a warehousing background so her organisation knowledge and skills have helped push NCPW along, since starting she has also grown her knowledge base, especially in solar hot water and power.


Rod

OH&S, Service, Warehouse – 2009 – 2011 NCPW’s latest recruit, Rod started in 2009 when solar hot water was all the craze, and worked with colleen to introduce a more organised warehouse/workshop and showroom area. His background included managing large Department stores, so his knowledge and keen attitude made organising NCPW and introducing new Processes a lot easier. Rod has a passion for motorbikes & riding, and is NCPW’s “Handy Man” when it comes to modifying or changing anything in the workshop or showroom.

Ditas

Accounts manager – 2000 – 2011 Ditas is one of the original employees who stayed on with NCPW When it was purchased in 2000, she has a strong interest in Family, especially her grandchildren. She definitely keeps the staff on their toes, making sure everyone’s paperwork is up to date. Her hard work often goes un noticed, as most accountants do, but Ditas is definitely an essential part of NCPW
